"Great location but poor facilities & amenities "

It was generally good! The location is perfect! Several issues though: The phone and one of the remote controls for the TV system were not working. I requested for a hair dryer 3 or 4 times, it did not come, and no update heard from staff. The bathroom looks clean but bad smell comes out from the drainage system.

Good staff and costumer service. However, rooms are old, corridor smells and wait time for the elevator is way too long for tourists and locals

The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was very musty and moldy and the dirty aircon made us sick. Also we thought the pricing was in Singapore dollars but we were charged by Expedia in US dollars, which makes this bad experience worse.

Our recent room is the best one in my 3 or 4 times stay at Prince Plaza ll Hotel. It’s clean and quiet. What I don’t like was when you call for service the receptionist seems doesn’t know what he/ she is doing.
