Strategic location, just a walking distance going to greenbelt mall.i like the kitchenette..i cooked our meals. Kitchen utensils are provided.. telephone, refregerator and big size cabinet are provided. And there's a small dining area ..we eat our foods comfortably. Only that the aircon is not functioning well. The room is so spacious like it .

Rooms are old and quite worn down, which I can live with. However, the housekeeping was horrible. They only clean the room once every 3 days and then don't do a particularly good job. Once, they took my towels and didn't replace them. Also, they did not replace enough water throughout.

Great place

Place is clean and towels are new . but the stove is not working well we are not able to drink hot water in the room .

The unit that we stayed did not have hot water in the bedroom bathroom. The place is old and the furnitures specially sofas are dirt stained and filthy. They still use a kettle to heat water for coffee on a electric stove. This hotel need to be renovated and some fixtures are too old and falling apart. They actually are using keys to open the door instead of keycards.

Did not like the executive room so upgraded to 1 bedroom suite. Much better and more comfortable. Wooden flooring is good but my personal preference is carpeting. Has a basic kitchen which is very useful for warming up snacks etc.

Close to shopping center in Greenbelt and staff are friendly
