We have been staying at Prince Plaza II because we feel safe. The staff are very professional,helpful and friendly. Very convenient to many shopping places, restaurants, beauty salons, banks, church at Greenbelt, walking distance to department stores, boutiques and restaurants. 20 minutes to airports depending on traffic.

Room old and needed to upgrade and replaced the bed BUT other than love it with Hot water, spacious area with refrigerator and stove. Definitely booking again.

The room was very very dirty and dusty. It wasnt clean at all. You can see it on the floor, tables etc. All the bed sheets were dirty and disgusting! I woke up and all my body were itchy. Elevator safety is also questionable. Totally not recommendable. Avoid.
