Orsett Hall

Lovely night at the Orsett Hall Hotel, room was very comfortable and clean, the view from the room overlooked the lawn area, which was nice, we stayed in room 5, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, room was cosy and warm, excellent breakfast, superb service all round, compliments to the chef and waitresses. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again 😊

The majority of the Spa facilities advertised are closed so there is no pool available which was important to us. The hotel showed no compassion with the disappointment this caused.

My friend and I had an overnight stay with the afternoon spa package. The hotel was lovely and the spa treatments were fab. We are already planning another stay!

I had a truly wonderful spa experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained, instantly helping me to relax. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt thoughtfully organised. The facilities were spotless and well laid out, creating a peaceful environment to unwind. My treatment was excellent. Overall, it was a restorative and indulgent visit that left me feeling refreshed and well cared for. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing escape and will certainly be returning.

Very disappointed with my recent massage. The therapist left the table for long periods throughout the session, which was distracting. The most unprofessional part was when her mobile phone, which was left on the treatment bed, vibrated twice during the massage. It completely ruined the relaxation of the second half of the treatment. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone looking for a truly professional spa experience. Felt quite venerable after the realisation a mobile phone was being used during my treatment.

What a lovely place to have a spa weekend. All the staff were very friendly and the food was yummy. Our only small comment would be the mattress in our room needs renewing as it dipped quite a bit in the middle so wasn't the comfiest of nights sleep. Other than that my husband and I had a lovely relaxing stay.

Orsett hall wheelan suite 50th birthday grand retreat, service impeccable, atmosphere quiet friendly,value for money , comfortable and clean. We had such a blast thank you all .

Bathroom a bit “tight”

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a very warm and helpful greeting by Donna, she explained all the facilities available for our use. When we went for our treatment ( full body massage and Indian head massage) the two ladies (Kia and Amanda) were excellent, after our treatments we used the spar facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed. To finish our visit we had afternoon tea, this was as good as always and finished our day off superbly.

Had a spa package including a hour treatment , lunch in cafe santoria and 2 hour use of the facilities it was lovely the food was really nice and loved the hot tub
