"Hotel de paso, necesita una reforma"

"Mooi Elvas"

Auto voor de deur. Hotel t.o. oude Romeinse aquaduct. Leuke wandeling naar het kasteel/vesting. Mooie omgeving. Vriendelijk ontvangst receptie. Ruime schone kamer. Ontbijt was goed. Prijs/kwaliteit : goed.

"Comfort and convenience "

Highly recommend this small hotel located opposite the aqueduct of Elvas. Hotel is not luxurious but offers renovated rooms at a reasonable price and with a good breakfast. Ample parking is free just opposite the hotel. Perfect base for discovering Elvas. Parking is difficult in the historical city centre. Easy to walk to the centre - albeit uphill.

No geral foi bom, porém o café da manhã é simples e o café é solúvel, nessas máquinas que oferecem várias opções com café e/ou chocolate em pó. O sensor de luz do banheiro, apaga direto, sendo necessário balançar os braços durante o banho várias vezes, pois apaga a cada minuto. Bem localizado e confortável, pessoal atencioso.

"Best Location to visit this word heritage town"

The parking is opposite the hotel. where the water viaduct can be seen. From here you can walk uphill and visit ancient Elvas. The hotel is more than comfortable and the rooms are clean and offer good value for money. Not to mention the excellent breakfast included in the hotel price.

"Great value hotel with a view too."

This is the day after Christmas and this hotel is great value and comfortable. A short walk via the aquaduct into historical Elvas. This is one of the best preserved star forts in the world and comparable to Berwick upon Tweed in the UK, which is earlier and Groenlo in the Netherlands, which is much smaller. No restaurant as it is being renovated, but alternatives in Elvas. Helpful staff too. Maybe crowded in Summer.
