Double bed to soft, road noise on busy Rd,
Room was ok for the night. Property is in need of a renovation, cracked hand basin, very tight bathroom that you can’t be open the shower door with the bath room door open, no extraction fan in bathroom so you get smells from toilet use, no bar fridge

No towels in the toilet, it is a big joke. Not very friendly reception. Felt very itch to stay at the bed. Below average.
It was on the main road but surprisingly quiet from my room.
Look the room was fine, and it was my mistake but when I packed up I left my iPhone charger plugged in at the room. I didn't realise until I got home, and I live 6hrs drive from Sydney. I rang them telling them I would be back in Sydney in two weeks and I would like to stay with them again and pick up my phone charger then. They told me they couldn't hold it for me for that long and that I should just go and buy a new charger. I don't understand how hard it is to put it in an envelope with my name on it for two weeks, has society deteriorated to such a point we can't even do a simple favour for a customer?
Convenient location, clean room, clean bathroom. It was Saturday night, a bit noisy outside. Good value for money.
Room not cleaned in between and when inquired was told on line booking meant no room clean as we had a cheaper rate Bathroom also needed bleach
The service was spectacular and did not have any issues with the room,location or the service
