The room was lovely and the location was great

We felt like we paid a lot for the room and there were lots of extras to pay for that we felt could have been better value - notably parking, breakfast and the use of the hot tub (usually free if you’ve booked a spa treatment, which we had done).

Hotel was like a house hence the term boutique and on small residential road with lots of building work going on so no parking and vans everywhere. Not in the centre of town and area not as nice and wouldn’t leave car there overnight
