The room was very clean and comfortable and serviced daily. The air conditioning was quiet enough to sleep through (the weather was unusually hot during our stay) and the bed comfortable. A fridge in the room was helpful and the shower had plenty of hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was top notch - eating outside was a lovely option. Its location is close enough to walk to the beach and only a ten minute walk to The Lanes area of town, The Pavilion and Museum etc. Lots of good eating places close by - ask reception for their recommendations list.

On arrival the young person on reception didn’t seem to be that interested in checking us in - but this was not a reflection of rest of the stay - all the other staff were very warm. Parking may be a challenging if you visit at a busy time.

The location, room size and overall facilities were great. Was very glad to have AC as I was staying during the heatwave.

The walls were very thin and since I was staying on the ground floor, I could hear all the comings and goings in the hallway. I also would have felt safer if there was an additional lock on the inside of the room door.

What an amazing hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hot tub chill area was amazing great addition to normal hotel stay . Room was was decorated really well so comfortable best air condition ever got us through the hottest day in history Monday the little added extras filtered water fridge great power shower and posh shampoo conditioner shower gel great coffee will be the only place I will stay in Brighton Going Forward.
