The location is great for access to the centre of Brighton and it's facilities. The room was comfortable and clean with all the facilities we needed, coffee, tea, water, table and chairs for eating or working. The hotel is well maintained and decorated. The shower was large, rainfall with good strong water flow. My husband had breakfast and really enjoyed it, good value for money and plenty of choice, he had a full english! We only stayed one night but have already booked another night for another concert in the area. A great find and lovely hotel

A little bit of noise from other guest, as we were on the ground floor, but nothing that would stop us going again.

Such a cute place, I had a lovely little room on top floor, super quiet and clean, exactly what I needed. And lovely, filli g beakfast too. Thank you, I ll come back when I return to Brighton. Loved it

The room had air con which was great as hot weather, room so clean , facilaties good, staff very helpful, loved the decor and breakfast amazing.

At the entrance, a very nice and smiling lady greeted me. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me cool. The beds were very, very comfortable; after a good night's sleep, I woke up happy and satisfied.

Problem with parking, very crowded City and therefore difficulty in finding a free space.
