Pleasant hotel excellent customer service close to the sea front and shops parking available with a ticket

Nothing about the hotel but some of the residents were walking across the floor early in the morning and you could hear every foot step . I'm fully aware that this comment has nothing to do with the hotel as I said there's nothing bad about it , just that you could hear the residents above us during the night which woke me and my wife up ,

Amazing location close to brighton pier/beach, city centre, shops and amazing restaurants and cafés. Also close to public transport and some supermarkets.

We were on the top floor and there were quite a lot of stairs. So keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. I will add that the staff brought our luggage up when we came in. The pillows were a bit flat. Water pressure wasn't great and would sometimes turn completely off for a minute or two.

The charm Brighton was in a terrific location. though our room was small, it was very accommodating..

There was nothing that we didn’t like. The parking was a bit of an issue as there’s not much parking nearby.

The hotel is in a calm but still very central part, feels extremly british and welcoming. Staff is very attentive and quick, making check in and out very easy. Room is large and those with sea view give an extra plus. beds are comfy, wifi is fast and reliable

rather minor issues for the price range of that place: quality of food at breakfast could be slighty improved by buying higher quality ingredients. as in all old houses you hear any noise from neighbors and from outside
