Die Lage war perfekt, auch die freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen, das Essen sehr gut. Der Blick auf die Bucht 🤩 Bad relativ neu 👍

Das Haus selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen, etwas weniger Plüsch wäre uns angenehmer gewesen...

The hotel needs a refresh. The decor is very dark and fixtures and furniture in rooms were tired and shabby.

Location us very good, breakfast as well. Waitress was very professional.

Our checking in experience was very awkward. There was a lady receptionist and a male, more experienced one. He took us over and in a middle of the checking in process he started to communicate with another couple who were sitting on a couch few metres away. He didn't move, just started using raised voice, basically shouting over us to talk with them about taxis. The other receptionist saw what is going on and she proceeded to explain us where our room is located, in the same time while he was still shouting/communicating with the other couple. I couldn't hear nor understand what was said. I just started saying - stop, stop, please stop. At that point, the man stopped and lady receptionist continued her communication with us. Very, very awkward situation, very unprofessional. The room and facilities were very good, but this experience will stay with me for a long time

Breckfast was good, great variety of foods, the staff were prompt to get us seated and were very friendly. Food arrived hot and tasted very good. The tea was so good. Liked the touch of biscuit with the tea.

On our first day for Lunch the table wasn't wiped down from the previous customer before laying our table, an oversight I'm sure.

It’s like staying at your nanny’s house things are a bit old but clean for the most part
