"Exceptional"

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Peru. Rooms were clean, the people were VERY helpful, it was quiet, and the hotel is very close to mose attractions in Cusco. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice. Location was very central to main plaza. They provided lots of clean towels and washcloths.

Water was not hot enough at certain times of the day. Room heater wasn’t turned on until the evening.

"Ok, for the price."

Location, front of house staff are lovely, 24/7 staff on desk, water pressure.

No extraction fans in the bathroom; no towels in the room on arrival (this happened twice at the same hotel). The breakfast buffet was very average, and the coffee was undrinkable. Instructions for room safe are unclear and incomplete (need to explain where the red button is) no hot water on the first night. No room facilities eg iron, fridge ect..

Great comfortable stay with a fantastic location right in the historic center. Very friendly and help full staff, good breakfast. A bit noisy early in the morning, but we loved it.
