Un hotel TOP! Ambiente agradable, personal muy amigable y atento. Nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos, siempre con una sonrisa. Nos explicaron muchas curiosidades de la cultura Andina y algunas palabras en Quechua, como "Waiki" o "Tupananchiskama". También nos aconsejaron excursiones y lugares de interés menos concurridos pero espectaculares como por ejemplo Choquequirao. El desayuno tipo buffet muy completo y rico.

El Wi-Fi en algunas zonas del hotel llegaba un poco más justo, pero en general todo fue estupendo así que es un detalle menor.

great location, staff and cleanliness, family room was very spacious. staff was extremely helpful in booking tours and everything we needed.

the family room was on the bottom floor and it got a bit stuffy. but once windows were open it was better.

Todos os produtos do cafe da manha são de muita qualidade e não se sente necessidade de mais variedades. A localização é a melhor possivel. Fica a 3min da praça principal mas sem o tumulto da praça. Mas o principal do hotel é o atendimento e o cuidado com o hospede, tudo que vc precisa vc encontrará lá.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was helpful and friendly and the location couldn’t be better. Would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again .
