Healesville Garden Accommodation

If I did not have a 3 yo by myself it would have been a lot better. Climbing 3 sets of stair with my grandson and bags detracted from my experience.

I was visiting Healesville for a couple of days and made a booking online through Healesville Garden accommodation expecting it to be garden accommodation. Also I thought I was going to get a double bed but got a single bed room having then to climb up many many steps to the top. I grabbed this accommodation quickly because it was supposed to be a discounted room but when I arrived it was $90 for a single room. The double room that said to be quick was $180 reduced to $90. When I arrived it was booked for single and going price was $90. THIS IS WHAT HAPPNED WHEN I BOOKED ON LINE. The owner of the hotel was lovely.

Booked at Healesville Garden Accomodation or so I thought. Called the owner to see where I'm supposed to park and she said I was going to be staying at the grand hotel, which was around the corner. Was a tiny room which was fine but was a freezing night and there was a gap about a centimeter wide under the window which let in all the cold air. Wasn't happy at all. Shared bathrooms. After a two hour drive wasn't happy to have to travel to another property. Never again

Central location, walking distance to everything in in town, including gin distillery, pubs and wineries, local shops. Our room was on the main street side which proved a bit noisy as old style doors didnt quiet seal out cold air or noise, but room was warm and bed comfortable. Friendly service for an easy night stay over.

The room was small, simple but clean. We were surprised to find we had to share bathrooms with others on the same floor. Bathrooms quite old and worn. We stayed on a week night, main road quite busy. Has the potential to be quite noisy on weekends, as it is a pub.

Room leaked water from rain. Room and bed had bugs in it.

Loved our stay, and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on the Saturday night in your restaurant.

my wife and I stayed for one night, was everything that we needed. Bed and television. Dinner was great in the bistro downstairs, with my wife rating the parma "the best ever". Breakfast in the morning was very good also.

It's what you pay for. Nice enough if you want a bed only. Very good position in town

We had an amazing stay. The staff were all lovely and friendly! Definitely a place I'd stay at again!
