"Excellent"

A pleasant apartment close to beach and shops. Resort pool and BBQ very clean and tidy, parking good. We did request a light replaced which did not happen and there was no broom to sweep the balcony, but these were very minor in a most enjoyable stay. We had a family of 5 adults in a three bedroom apartment and were very comfortable in the size and amenities.

"Great location, good facilities"

We loved many things about Avoca Palms Apartments but there were a few negatives. Biggest one was two rooms were very poorly ventilated with no air-conditioning, windows that only opened a fraction and no ceiling fans. Uncomfortable during our summer stay.

"Thoroughly enjoyable stay"

My family of 2 kids under 3, plus extra guest had a lovely time at Avoca and enjoyed the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and relaxed and the free Wi-Fi was awesome! Just across the road from the beach and lake, it was a perfect location. The people were very friendly and welcoming and the room amenities were great. We listened to music on the balcony and recieved no complaints or fuss. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

"Fantastic resort"

Hotel was bigger and better than expected. All facilities were available within the press of a button. Friendly staff Great views Beach just a few mins walk away Overal just lovely

"Clean, comfy and relaxing"

Quiet within the hotel (building across the road at the moment). Large corridors filled with books to read. Easy parking and close to restaurants and beach. Friendly reception. Clean, comfortable, very enjoyable stay.

"Disappointed "

Firstly told we were not booked in. Unhappy manager. Rooms old and grotty. TV in bedroom not working. Unclean kitchen and smell. Not at all like photos on website The good point was that we were granted early arrival so we could freshen up for a funeral. I would only rate 2 star.
