Avoca Palms Resort Apartments

Stayed in a 3 bed apartment for 2 nights. Apartment was large, probably built 20+ years ago but fairly well maintained. Didn't try the pool but the pool and BBQ area looked very nice. Very close to shops and beach. Would happily stay there again.

Stayed there with some girlfriends, enjoyed ourselves, very roomy

Great spot and close to everything. Stayed on the top floor and views were lovely. Only draw back were too many steps and no lift but you could always stay on a lower floor. The BBQ, pool area and games areas were well setup and very clean. Will definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay-a very convenient location. The apartment was spacious and clean , the only negative was some traffic noise during the day, but quiet at night.

On arrival we complained about the dirtiness of the room with dead bugs in cupboards, dirty floors and balcony, smelling drains in the ensuite it was disgusting We asked to be moved to another room, that wasn't possible as the hotel was full so we asked that the room be thoroughly cleaned to which they agreed but then did nothing about it. The best they could offer was that we report it in the complaint sheet on departure so they would have a case against the cleaning staff. If we hadn't pre paid for 4 nights we would have vacated after the first night. Never Again

Apartment cleanliness and decor tired and not well equipped. Lounges too small and uncomfortable. Would not stay longer than a week.

Great location in a beautiful town, excellent facilities but our room lacked a good cleaning.

We booked in 3 bedroom Ocean View - we had 8 people and Kathy was kind to upgrade us to Penthouse 4 bedroom. It worked out really well. the rooms were very spacious. Only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms, we managed. Wifi was good. The overall complex was really good, swimming pool was clean, good side gym. Only thing is that if you have older people with knee issues, there is no lift/elevators. Overall experience was beautiful.
