Beautiful resort

There is no comfortable seating so we didn’t feel inclined to stay in the hotel for evening drinks. Hard upright wooden chairs are particularly uncomfortable, even for the Philippines, and not conducive to relaxing! Even just a small area of the hotel or restaurant with a couple of comfortable chairs would mean that we would spend more money and time in the hotel. The chairs on the balcony were the same so it was not possible to sit on the balcony for long. We also felt that the bed linen was tired and polyester and the food average. Staff were very good but we felt the hotel was poor value for money compared to other places in the Philippines.

Very nice and well decorated hotel. Good rooms size. Good location away from noisy and crowded places. 15 min ride if you will need it. Free transfer to airport or ferry port.

Very slow internet. And disconnecting every time. If you are going to work here or even buy anything online, you will get headache. Also my room wasn’t clean during two days.

Staff were wonderfully helpful. Location was amazing, slice of heaven really. Breakfast options were decent and no complaints. Very good value for money.

Shower temperature was fine, but a little more water pressure would have been perfect. The only fault I can find.

The friendliest staff!! Breakfast is good and so are the restaurant dishes. Private beach access, very relaxing environment, lovely flowers and plants all over, pool is also great.

Poor wi-fi, pillows are too high/thick (but this could be a personal preference).

charming clifftop small hotel in beautiful grounds with excellent food, good amenities and polished staff. Don’t miss the local hot chocolate at breakfast! Recommended tour to Pamilacan Island was really good and snorkelled with lots of turtles.

White sand beach is nice and uncrowded though inferior to Dumaluan and unattractive at low tide; bitey ants at unshaded pool but lots of shady spots to relax in elsewhere.

Location is just gorgeous. The view from the room, restaurant and pool to the sea is just breathtaking. Beach area by the sea also was very peaceful, no people, clean. You could take kayaks free of charge. Staff were very friendly, food was good. Prices were the same as in the restaurants around the Alona beach.

The only downside we could think of, was when we ordered massage to the room and they didn’t have 2 massage tables, so they ended up doing our massage on the bed. So we do not recommend doing that.

The property and amend tira are excellent. Amazing breakfast and friendly staff. But, beach in the properly is not quote good dor swimming, a but rocky. You can hang out and relax thought in one of the hammocks in the beach
