Horrible staff and you have to wait for someone to open the door for you when coming in the lobby so if it's hot raining they might be in the bathroom and in the idk where but making guest wait is horrible it doesn't matter if it is just one minute

I was here during a birthright (Taglit) trip. Everyone's rooms were extremely dirty; in mine, there was a large amount of hair all over the floors and in the tub, and the shower head was broken. Shower curtains were gross and yellow at the bottom. Others complained of mold in their showers. Multiple people on the trip complained to the trip organizers because of how poor the experience was. Stay away!

First and foremost- this is not a hotel. This is a guest house, a very basic one at best. We arrived with a gift card after making a reservation on their website, and we were informed by a very rude, very angry manager that not only she will not cancel our reservation, but she will not accept our gift card since she makes no money out of it and she rather give away our room- although would not give us our money back for the hold on the room. This is a very very basic room. All furniture is old or scratched or stained. Bed was hard. Balcony could only fit a small standing person. Not worth the money

The staff were so accomodating and approchable they they grant every request we ask and always with a good vibe and smile
