The breakfast selection was very generous, displayed nicely, clean and fresh. The wait staff was friendly and inviting. We had problems with the air conditioner. Each time we called the desk there was an immediate response and a technician appeared within minutes.

For the most part the hotel is old and not kept as one would expect. Much of the furniture and curtains in both the communal areas and our room are old and stained, or scratched. The whole hotel could use a good cleaning and update. The WiFi only worked in the lobby and dining room, but not in our room.

Their cancellation policy was difficult to understand. It seemed to change for each stay.

It was a very spontaneous trip to Tel Aviv, so we took the first hotel that was affordable. It’s a quite big and old building. The location was great, so we could easily walk to the beaches and to all other sightseeing destinations. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We arrived on Friday evening, which was really stupid, since it was Shabbat. It was quite late when we got to the hotel. Luckily the restaurant was still open, we were told the price. Receptionist who was on duty the next told us completely different price which was much higher than the night before. Room service was coming every day but the bathroom was not clean, it was a quick surface cleaning. Air conditioner was too loud.

הזמנתי 4 חדרים לארבע זוגות חברים. את ההזמנה עשיתי טלפונית ומכיוון שחלק מהבקשות שלי היו להיות ביחד באותה קומה (אם אפשר, קרובים אחד לשני) אז פקידת הקבלה שעשתה לי את ההזמנה ביקשה שאצור קשר עם מנהלת ההזמנות שבבד"כ עוסקת רק עם הזמנות של קבוצות. שורה תחתונה - אנשי צוות מדהימים. היו לי מספר שיחות לברר לגבי המלון ותנאי ההזמנה, לפני וגם אחרי ההזמנה, וכולם בלי יוצא מהכלל היו אדיבים, מנומסים ונתנו לי מענה ענייני. זה לא ברור מאליו. אז מה עוד ביקשתי? יש ארוחת ערב וארוחת צהרים (היינו בשבת). האוכל היה מגוון והיה בשפע. החדרים מרווחים ממוזגים ועם מרפסת. קומקום וקפה בחדר וגם כספת. יש מעלית שבת. יש פינות ישיבה, גם בקומה וגם בקומת כניסה ליד הלובי. ביקשנו להישאר עד מוצ"ש וזה התאפשר (תמורת תשלום נוסף). המיקום מדהים! מקווה שלא שכחתי לציין משהו. I booked 4 rooms for 4 couples (friends). I made the reservation by phone and since some of my requests were to be together on the same floor (if possible, close to each other), the receptionist who made the reservation for me asked me to contact the reservation manager who usually only deals with group reservations. Bottom line - amazing staff!! I had several calls to find out about the hotel and the conditions of the reservation, before and after the reservation, and everyone without exception was kind, polite and gave me a matter-of-fact answer. it is not obvious. So what else did I ask for? Dinner and lunch (our stay was on Shabbat). The food was varied and plentiful. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and with a balcony. Kettle and coffee in the room and also a safe. There is a Shabbat lift. There are sitting areas, both on the our floor (5th) and near the lobby at the entrance. We asked to leave late (until Motze Shabbat) & it was possible (for an additional fee). The location is amazing! Hope that I didn't forget to mention something.

10 minutes walking distance from the clock tower and the main attractions in Jaffa. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. Big and comfortable room with a lot of space.

Good! I mean it could be a much bettercroom for the price but iveralk its ok
