The location was good for us

The shower didn't work and the service was poor

They said I had to cancel and get a new reservation, because I listened 2 children, one 17 year old and one 14 year old, which was correct and proven by their pass ports. They finally allowed me to to use the reservation if I made another reservation for myself, a single room for me, which I did ! As it was 10 p.m. and I wanted to get my people in rooms, as we had been traveling from Maine, U.S.A. 4 hours to the airport, then 9 and 0ne half hour flight. Ten a 2 hour wait, and a 2 and a half flight <and then a 30 minute drive to the apartment. The man on duty was not accommodating at all. Then when I asked for a receipt he said it didn't work that way. It all seemed fishy to me. From start to finish!!!

Staff and Service was excellent. Location was great. Room was spacious, nice with both fridge and facilities for boiling water.

It would be better with cups and glasses than single use carton cups. Both pillows were really thick (too thick for our comfort), it would be nice to have an alternative pillow with less filling

This property is basic but clean and safe. The staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Jaffa is a little rough. You need to really watch out for yourself and your belongings. We almost got robbed while at the beach. Gratefully a man who was watching saved us. Just be cautious.

When my family and i arrived at the property a little before 12 AM we were pleasant surprised by the girl at the front desk. she was very helpful, nice and attentive. When we got to the rooms, in spite the fact that we requested and were promised two rooms, one for 3 people and 1 for 2 people, we realized that there were only room for 2 people in each room. Being late we didn't complained nor tried to change the rooms. The rooms were somehow cleaned but still dirty and very unpleasant. The breakfast was good, the stuff was veery helpful, but overall, seeing the dining room, with broken tables and discolored chairs made ll the experience, just dissatisfactory! We understand that the hotel could not do too much about the location, but every where around was dirty and full of graffiti! Above all, the most disappointed thing was that it was advertised as having airport shuttle but there was none. We had to pay almost $400.00 back and forth for transportation! Very disappointed! And worst of it is that when i emailed the hotel asking about details of the airport shuttle, i got no answer! Even today, a week after i sent the email, I still received no answer! I will never recommend Ruth Daniel Residence!

the roll out bed was terrible.

We came to the hotel around 6 pm and they said that only 2 of the 3 rooms we reserved are ready. After I said that I would complain to Booking com that this was not an acceptable situation and that I wanted to talk to the responsible person, they immediately gave me the change
