The person at the reception at my arrival was very kind and helpful and I appreciate it. The service at the restaurant was also excellent. The room was not luxurious but clean and neat.

I took the public transportation to get to the hotel and back to the airport, because the taxi would have been a bit too expensive for me. You have to take a train and a bus, and then walk a little bit to get to the hotel. It is not bad, but not very convenient.

The location is good. Very close to many restaurants, public transport as well as markets. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The fittings and fixtures of the bathroom/toilet can be improved.

Clean, good breakfast, netflix.

Strange staff. They asked my boyfriend how he get inside, he said that reservation is by my name, they said just "no" and keep asking how he get inside, until he shown his room card.

Very old, towels were changed but no other service done

Family of 4 visiting from the US, the Ruth Daniel hotel was a good home base that had everything we needed. Just a couple blocks walking distance to the beautiful Jaffa clock tower, many art galleries and flea market and a 20m Uber/Gett ride to Tel Aviv. The rooms: Decent sized rooms. We appreciated that the bathroom is divided into three spaces - toilet, shower, sink area. This was very helpful for a family needing to share space. The balconies are really cute (not a great view). Overall: Prepare yourself for a very basic accommodation and you will be pleased. The best part is the staff who are super helpful and patient. Breakfast was also very nice.

Location very good. Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from balcony. Breakfast excellent and in an uncrowded dining room !

On arrival had to wait until receptionist finished looking at her phone !

Middle of night check in option, held our bags and then let us hang out in the lobby waiting for the rest of our group to arrive.

Rooms were small, but adequate for our needs and good value for the price.
