I’ve always enjoyed my time at the Embassy Suites. This trip was even more special with my family. Unfortunately due to weather, we had to extend our stay and extra day. Mel at the front desk was probably the nicest, most caring employee of any hotel i’ve ever stayed at. She went out of her way to make it seemless for my family. We did not have to switch rooms or do anything, she took care of it. If I was in charge of a large hotel like this, I would wish for all employees to be as dedicated to customer service as she was. If you are ever staying downtown at the ES, I hope you are as fortunate as we were to have MEL guiding your stay. 10/10

We would stay at Embassy suites downtown Denver again just because of CHEF ALEX JR. You can tell he enjoys his job and interacting with people as he works. The hotel is wonderful. (with the exception of TV, satellite continuing to go out because of the snow) We will stay at this hotel in the future just because of Chef Alex Jr. And his attitude and inspiration. I travel almost every week and it’s very rare to come across people like this. I also own three different companies, and I would hire him in a heartbeat.
