What a great experience! Very nice rooms and we love the layout of Springhill Suites. Room was clean and comfy. Thank you. Love having the sitting area so we can enjoy our space without having to always sit on the bed!! We had 2 queens with a trundle bed. (sleeps up to 5). And guess what?? We had 5+ bath towels! 😍 (As we should--but not always the case with a hotel room. I usually have to go ask for more towels) Thank you. The shower was great--good water pressure and great shower head. Thank you. We needed new batteries for the TV remote (how would they know that unless someone lets them know!? So not a problem to us!!). The gal at the front desk was quick, respectful and polite to respond. She was also the gal to check us in. We had several interactions with her that evening. What a delightful, respectful kind person! She represents Marriott well! Give her a raise--she deserves it ‼️. Her name was Cassidy, I think (or Kacey?). Also interacted with Letecia (front desk supervisor (?) in the morning a couple times. Another great representation of Marriott!! She was amazing--you gotta hang on to her! Breakfast was standard "free breakfast" fare. Good. And loving having a way to get a quick breakfast (instead of the timely task of a restaurant), when we are trying to get out the door and on to the next leg of our trip. Thank you for a great experience

"Stolen Car from their parking lot"

Horrible experience! Our car was stolen from their parking lot and they supposedly have security patrol but didn't notice. Manager never picked up the phone when the police came to the hotel to make the report adding that the night staff didn't even care much.

No hot water when I showered. It was early in the morning before work. I did not have time to change rooms. Just dealt with it. But did change hotels the next night.
