Friendly staff and valet, good buffet style breakfast with many options.

The pool was a little small, we had 2 boys who wanted to swim but there was a lot of people sitting around the edge and it smelled like weed.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. We were in the heart of uptown so everything was in walking distance or short drive.

The fact that the property’s room are old and out dated. Baseboards coming apart, older model tv’s so no app options, electrical box in room. Half the power in the room went out so had to reset the electrical panel. Parking was $55 per day.

I loved everything except that I was overcharged for parking and had to call to get the charges reversed.

Closeness to the arena

Elevator went out for about an hour. Hsd to walk up and down 9 flts.of stairs. Friendliness&Hospitality non exsistent.

I love the convenience, because it was close to everywhere I wanted to go.

No complaints!

I loved the proximity to the Spectrum Center and a few eateries.

The property is clean and the valet staff was efficient and knowledgeable of the area. The cleaning staff left behind a towel used for cleaning AND the previous lodgers towel on the shower curtain rack. It makes one feel that the cleaning isn’t thorough.
