We hosted a family event here in SIGOL hall in IIDL Suites. It was an amazing experience with IIDL. Staff is great, services from the catering staff was top notch. Food was very good too! Special mention for Satyarth and Sandeep for the arrangemens. Thanks

While the location offers good access to most parts of Delhi, the hotel's "no visitor" policy is an unusual restriction that could be inconvenient for some guests. Checked in late evening. No pleasent smile and a key was simply handed over. No person was there to take luggage at the time so took it myself. Room was clean but some minor construction was going on outside the premises. Buffet breakfast was average. Asked the waiter where the egg station was and he said there isn't any. Found it as I walked a corner. Tea was cold. Dead Pan faced staff once again as I left.

The hotel is located in Mayur vihar colony extension road and it is lonesome and quiet at night. The rooms are big and spacious with almost all basic amenities and services applications. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic about their roles and do complete justice there. The breakfast service is very good too with a wholesome spread and delicious food. The Gym and the gym trainers are the highlights of this property. Certainly not to be missed. The swimming pool is very good and is full of bright views of the city skyline. A highly recommended stay except for a few pointers the hotel needs renovation as it is looking old and stale. The frontal view is bland and there is no light or signage there. Otherwise all good.

Property rated 5 star but its not even 3 star property. They are saying non smoking rooms but there are smoking smells in the bedrooms and we found empty cigarette pack in the drawer. One of bed's comforter and bedsheet was dirty. Kitchen counter kickplate was broken and dirt was visible. We requested extra rolling bed at time of booking but they denied and asked money. Spa room has dirty smells, not good for health. Swimming pool has no warm water. This property required lots of renovation and need to upgrade. I will never book this property again, it is better to spend litter more money to somewhere else.

Just talk on reception regarding booking don't know the name the guy he is cheap ,I'll mannered , uneducated don't have any atticates and manners to talk on phone humble request to all people stop going to this hotel or a request to hotel owner to fire,remove the guy who talks in such a cheap manner with customers as this I'll mannered guy will make ur business suffer a huge loss in future ......thnku regards ujjwal Sharma
