Hotel location was good . Very well maintained . Staff was friendly . Nice and clean Lobby and Rooms. Few things they can improve on . 1. Bed sheets should be changed daily in room 2. Food was mediocre. Indian food was ok . Italian and Chinese was below average .

The location is outside of Delhi with limited choice for food unless you travel outwards, either to Noida or back to the city. Rooms are decent sized with good amenities of a suite/serviced apartment.

First of all your staff needs intensive customer service training and people love to have smile in front desk but we found good customer service in hotels restaurant very interesting. Customer service, friendly approach, open mind and ready to take any type of customer. But we found very tense and not a little smile. What is different between a man wearing in suit and has no customer service and a labor. Both are working if you show a illiterate man just handover key card n give show the room, he can do easily then why hired a professional literate man. So looks like this hotel staff need very intensive training and this hotel need very friendly people then why tense and frustrating doing job here

Although the air quality was horrible in Noida at the time of our stay, the hotel was perfect for our needs, with an in-room washer/dryer, ironing board & iron, kitchenette plus all the other standard amenities. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were always very courteous and responsive to our needs.

It is far from most mayor atracción , and small weird in the morning.

Great place to stay staff are very nice the service are great. I will stay again I recommend that hotel for everyone who come to visit India.

The rooms were nice and all the property was good. My only complaint is that there was no access to drinking water and only a couple water bottles

Good sized rooms. Clean and well presented. Our cleaner catered to our requirements well. Excellent water pressure in the shower with both waterfall and handheld devices. Large fridge and good cupboard space. Bose sound system was a nice characteristic. The bad:. Breakfast service was disappointing as most of the hot dishes were not maintained at the proper temperature, and most were cold. Dairy items were at room temperature and as the days went on, the bakery products were getting stale. However there was a good fresh fruit selection. Be very careful with the boiled eggs. We found rotten ones.

We stayed here for 6 days and due to having a nice clean pool, pool table, table tennis, spa, barber, massage, sauna and good food, we barely had to go out if we didn't want to! Washer dryer combo in the room, dishes, microwave/ convection oven, small kitchen area and a bathrub and shower!!!! I love this place!! The staff is super friendly and the housekeepers are honest. Food is good too!

The food was bad.. Some waiters were rude. Overall service is not up to the mark with regard to the price charged
