"Value for the money "

very good service staff especially F&B. Surroundings, bit poor as well the view from the room. Room size & cleanliness is good. Breakfast buffet is great. Despite being a regular client bit strict with check in/out timings.

"Good facilities, upkeep and maintinance lacking"

The pool was closed for the entire duration of my stay, good options in breakfast but staff appeared disengaged and robotic. I requested for veg platter and was served non vegetarian platter. Used plates were outside my room for the whole day. Rooms are big and spacious.

Booked this hotel via expedia, all paid in advance. Hotel doesnt look like a 4.5 star. Food menu is quite limited when it comes to international cuisine. Also, try ordering only Singnature dishes everything else is rubbish. You expect better tasting food from a 4.5 star hotel. This hotel has some strange visitors rules. When one of my friend came to visit me, i was asked what time she will be leaving and i was asked if i can come downstairs and meet my friends in the hotel lobby ( none of my friends slept over night in my room). They also mentioned something about visitors hours like its a hospital not a hotel. Dissapointed overall, not going back ever again. Housekeeping staff if really good and helpful. Also, they needed ID proof from my friend when they came to visit me, which is ok. But one of the guy from hotel staff missused my female friend phone number by contacting her after i checked out. The guy later accepted that he work at Fraser suits and also apologised for his behaviour. Not really what you expect from a international hotel chain. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

"Nice hotel close to Noida"

Had an lovely stay with a very comfortable room. The kitchenette provided freedom to have cooked snacks and hot beverages whenever you want. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a good experience!
