Nottoway Plantation Resort

The historic feel of the property was excellent as well as the front desk staff who were very helpful with the one issue we had. The restaurant staff was terrible but unfortunately there were really no other option for meals close by

The plantation house and grounds are beautiful. Our room in the carriage house was just ok, really poor lighting inside and out and needed a good cleaning.

My stay was amazing. The room was large filled with fine antique furniture ,cable , internet, and a large bathroom with a deep tub shower. The grounds are beautiful. The restuarant had a wonderful filling breakfast.

This place is perfect. Its absolutely amazing and was exactly what my wife and i were looking for on the start of a family vacation. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy. The food was amazing. Wish we had more time to spend here.

Stayed here for 1 night while travelling around the plantation house area. Booked a 2 queen carriage house room. Room was very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of pillows. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The only downside was being so close to the railway and hearing the trains horns through the night and morning constantly.

The Nottoway Plantation is a beautiful piece of history and a gorgeous old house. However, the place is in need of some TLC; Paint, clean windows, cleaning up the property of straws, wrappers, cups, etc.is in dire need. We found other plantations with a more alert and caring staff in employment. I
