Had a good time. The food was good and so was our experience with the room. Overall a good stay. The location and the atmosphere are both refreshing. Spe mention to miss Alice from service because of her outstanding service and professional behavior.

Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at nearly 12 AM after confirming availability, only to be told that the villa we booked was not available at all. At midnight, in a hill station like Ooty, this is completely unacceptable and very stressful for travelers. There was no proper communication, no alternative arrangement, and no accountability from the staff. We were left stranded late at night despite prior confirmation. Very poor management and highly unprofessional service. Would not recommend this place to anyone planning a family or late-night stay.

The first room allotted to us was dirty and unacceptable. After we raised a complaint, they changed the room, but the replacement room was also not worth the premium price (15K per night) we paid. Another disappointing issue was regarding the ₹500 property credit per night that was promised. Despite this being part of the offering, they denied it. There was dust in every corner of the room, and it felt uncomfortable even walking around. No slippers were provided, which made it worse given how dusty the floors were. The hygiene standards were shocking—a bundle of towels were seen lying on the dirty corridor floors, which were meant for guests. Because of the poor cleanliness, we didn’t even feel comfortable using the towels provided in the room. Another major issue was the frequent electricity outages. Power went off multiple times during our stay. At one point, my wife almost slipped in the bathroom when the electricity suddenly went off and the room went completely dark. This is a serious safety concern. Additionally, the geyser took an extremely long time to heat water, which added to the inconvenience. What’s more disappointing is that almost everything is chargeable—even basic children’s park activities. For the price they charge, this feels completely unreasonable. Breakfast is just average, and the dining area is overcrowded and poorly managed. Basic arrangements like providing water bottles on the tables are missing. While the landscaping is well maintained, it’s clear the focus is only on appearance rather than actual guest comfort. The rooms are poorly maintained and far below expectations. The location access is another issue—the road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, almost a single-lane road. If another vehicle comes from the opposite direction, it becomes very difficult to pass, making the journey stressful. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel
