Sterling Ooty Fern Hill

Had the pleasure of launching "21 Million Club Edition 1" at Sterling Ooty. The location is absolutely awesome—the venue is gorgeous, meticulously maintained, and boasts an incredible view of the valley. For around ₹13K+ a night, the rooms were excellent and spotlessly clean, and we didn't encounter a single cleanliness issue. It was a great gathering of 50+ people; the crowd was amazing, and the restaurant/bar team did a phenomenal job looking after us. That being said, the overall guest experience was dampened by the front-of-house service. Helping guests to their rooms with luggage was a major hurdle because the staff felt unmotivated. We also noticed a lack of adequate late-night food services—a problem we found out almost every other guest was facing too. Hopefully, management takes note of this and improves their night service and luggage handling!

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The hospitality and service provided by all the staff were excellent. A special appreciation to team front desk for his professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping team for maintaining the room exceptionally well and the Food & Beverage team for their excellent service and delicious food. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and memorable. I look forward to visiting again.

To dear team Sterling - Fern Hill Ooty, It was very nice to being hosted by the entire Sterling Hill family. The hospitality, environment, warmness of the team and the food especially was very nice. Special thanks to Chef Bipasha who so thoughtfully designed the entire breakfast and dinner menu. Specially loved the corn spinach au gratin....tried it for the first time and liked it very much. Special thanks to the sevice team Mr. Chandra Sir as well for the great hospitality. Thanks a ton....will definitely recommend all to come to Sterling - Fern Hill Ooty and enjoy their great food and hospitality along with the lovely nature of Ooty.

The hotel is very nice located on a hill, the staff is very friendly and professional. Our stay was very pleasant and their hospitality is very nice. Special mention to Mr Akshit, Ms Bipasha and Chef Mohammad who were very kind and generous to help us with our food and other requirements. Definitely recommend!!

We stayed at fern hill and the food served by lily at their restaurant was very nice..she was very polite and helpful

i had booked on booking .com a week ago my stay date ..but once after my visit over there the reception desk said that my booking was not confirmed even though my payment was successful to booking.com finally i had to leave the place with out stay.
