Terrible rooms, no view, no good cooling, no ceiling fans

The service provided was excellent, special mention Jagadev and Anushmita, Overall the stay was very comfortable.

The Room service has to be improved as it was informed 24 hrs available but missing

Location of the property and view of the valley was excellent

Size of the bathroom was very small. The staff was non-cooperative and the facilities were not available to say it a 5-star resort. I have booked privilege suit and paid a hefty amount for it, but with a big-sized room, bathroom was very small. May be for 4*6 size which also have WC and a washbasin in it and has left no space to bath. I will not recommend this property to family and never at this price. This should be a 3 star property at good location. Food quality is very bad. This property is at very good location but the rooms are tidy and staff is non-cooperative.

Location and roperty was good.

Maintenance and deep cleanliness was non existent. The room corners and windows have not been cleaned for long.

We stayed in privileged suite 1809. Its one of the highest paid rooms in the hotel. Very poorly maintained. Curtains were very flimsy. Did not insulate against cold. Very frequent power trips especially in the morning. Response time of housekeeping and in room dining is very long. You have to keep calling multiple times. In room dining menus for lunch and dinner is very limited. The food was too spicy and not upto the mark. Only breakfast spread was good. Its not value for money
