"Nice place to stay from where you can easily explore Ooty , Conoor and the surrounding areas"

The staff are very helpful , especially Divanshi at the reception . The views are very good

The food is average/ poor and supremely overpriced . The facilities are very limited for what you pay- definitely NOT value for money but a severe lack of high end options in Ooty forces you to I guess pay whatever they ask for

"Family get away - Bliss"

We spent 3 nights at this Sterling Fern Hill in May 2026. The property is in excellent condition and location is great with nice views. The property is very spacious and lots of activities. Our stay was very comfortable. We received great service from Lily and Alice,who served us at the in house restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Food is very tasty and breakfast spread is just right. Overall highly recommended.

"Amazing and extraordinary"

It was really amazing and the anniversary event which was planned all of a sudden with the help of Manager Mr Suresh and Phamman, they really did an excellent work, the service was extraordinary and the food is amazing

"good dining experience The fern"

Absolutely phenomenal the flavour in every dish where perfectly balanced you can freshly taste the freshness of the ingredients all kodous to the chief. chef Mr. Murali. who was warm and always ready to make dishes of your choice and what ever was made was very very delicious and awesome food.we enjoyed each and every dish. The service in the restaurant was excellent special mention miss Lilly and vikram and suresh Kumar all other staff.
