"Great Stay at Sterling Ooty Fernhill"

Had a really great stay here. The service was excellent, the location is perfect, and the staff were very polite and helpful and a special mention to Nancy for making our stay wonderful. The food was delicious and everything was well taken care of. Overall, it was a delightful experience and I would definitely love to come back again.

I stayed at the Sterling Fernhill from the 27th of April till the 1st of May 2026. I was quite satisfied with the hotel, it's facilities, ambience , food and the courtesy and service provided by the staff.In particular I would like to compliment Ms Nancy for making our stay very comfortable for her pleasant , smiling demeanor and quiet efficiency.
