Dear Team, I would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful hospitality extended to us during our recent stay at Sterling Resort. We were a group of 15 ladies on a girls’ trip, and the experience was truly comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable in every way. The resort ambience, cleanliness, and overall arrangements made our stay absolutely perfect. A special mention to the restaurant staff, who were extremely courteous, polite, and attentive throughout. We would especially like to appreciate Sujata for her caring nature and constant support—she ensured all our needs were taken care of with a warm smile. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Ambaranth from the booking team for his patience and dedication. He was incredibly helpful in accommodating all our requirements and played a key role in making our trip so seamless. His assistance with arranging the Jagannath Darshan was truly special and made the experience even more meaningful and spiritually fulfilling for all of us. Overall, the entire stay exceeded our expectations. The warmth of your team, attention to detail, and personalized service made this trip truly unforgettable. Breakfast was quite good and the serving staff were very helpful

Checkout time of 10:00 am does not make sense when you serve breakfast till 10:30 am. Further as a member had requested for a booking under my vacation night and was regretted , wherein the hotel occupancy was minimal on the day of our stay.

Very good experience during restaurant dining. However the in room dining experience was not that good. Sujata and Balram served us very nicely.

Had a pleasant experience. Staff & hospitality was very good. We were taken very good care by Sujata, she made sure to address all our queries & requirements and made us feel really comfortable & special. Thank you Sujata. I would like to specially Ratnakarji who takes care of discovery centre at sterling. I have visited so many resorts but I never seen such an organised and clean activity centre resort. He is very good at his job. Very humble & up to date about his department. I was really impressed! Overall had a wonderful time.
