"Good one."

Stayed for 02 nights in May 2026 with family. Suite rooms are spacious but with worst views. No sea views from suite rooms though it’s costing more. Restaurant foods are tasty but some more menu options would make it cherry on the cake. Overall good but need some improvement in terms of reception, restaurant engagement inside campus.

"Well maintained resort"

"Sterling Puri Stay"

We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Puri with our family. The overall experience was very pleasant and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff (Sujata) was friendly, courteous, and always ready to help in the restaurant. The hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. It was a great place for a family visit, and we truly enjoyed the comfort and care provided. We would happily recommend it to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.

"Excellent Hospitality, Delicious Veg Food & Great Family Stay"

Had a wonderful stay at Sterling Puri. The overall experience was very pleasant, but what stood out the most was the excellent hospitality and service from the restaurant team. A special mention to Sujata, who was serving us food and taking care of our orders throughout our stay. She was extremely polite, attentive, warm and always served with a smile. Her service genuinely made our dining experience more enjoyable. Being pure vegetarians, we were especially happy with the food quality and taste. The veg food was consistently delicious and well prepared. The property also has a peaceful atmosphere, good family-friendly environment and nice beach connectivity which added to the overall experience. Overall, a very comfortable and memorable stay in Puri. Would definitely recommend for families looking for a relaxing vacation with good food and hospitality.

"Price too high as per the facilities"

Food

No connection with Beach, Road Construction work going on outside Resort and there is proper communication for public transport from Hotel. Only Auto Rickshaw available and they charge 400 Rs even for a short distance

"Ok property … staff all around need to be better in service provided"

Big rooms

They changed our room to another location then what we booked with our asking us . The room cleaning does not clean if I keep the clean my room button on - u have to explicitly call and tell them . The 3rd bed was not comfortable at all and we had a tough time to get it fixed took hours on a tired day .

"Excellent food service in the Restaurant"

Sujatha and Reena has been excellent and they have taken care of our food pretty much well. We stayed for a couple of nights and my daughter and wife enjoyed the food and more than that the service have been awesome. Looking forward for the next time once again.

"Good"

This is a good property. Staff was good. The biggest issue with property is the not direct access to the beach. I specially book this property because i thought we have direct access n my kids can enjoy it. But its waste of my time and money.

The room size was so small with the price they charged for it. Bed size was small for family of 2. Overall i wont recommend this property if looking for comfortable beach stay with kids
