North Country Inn & Suites

I normally stay here whenever I come to town but this is the worst I've seen, the carpet is worn and outdated and has patches of carpet missing in places the bedding has holes and tears, the beds are hard as a rock, the shower head is broken, there were fleas in the bedrooms, and I had spoken to another person who said he had the same problem. Please did not come from my dog as she not only has a flea collar but also gets the advanced treatment every month and groomed regularly. But the moment she entered the room she started itching. The staff is nice but nice only gets you so far, this place seriously needs a renovation and pest treatment

Dirty bathroom, stained blankets n sheets, no toilet paper except teeny bit on roll, no kleenex.. had shampoo but no conditioner. haven't cleaned behind low dresser.. went to plug something in behind it and loads of dirt..paper.. q-tips.. debris behind it. Yuck! front desk guy was ok but didn't seem to want to make things right in the room. Welcomed pets but no grass or area for pet walking.. on a very busy street. Pay more..stay elsewhere.

Kind of old and needed to be updated but I guess it’s not in the budget this year.

Windows and sills full of sand Air conditioner was dirty Curtains had some holes and didn’t hang properly. Had to ask for towels, there was only one bath towel and one hand towel.

Nothing unique about it. Very noisy because of location. Room had horrible smell. Air conditioning was on and off. Door hard to open.

DIdn't eat breakfast. Could tell at check-in that it probably wouldn't be worth waiting for. The bathroom seemed to have been re-done. The shower seemed new and the floor, as well.

The room smelled like "old hotel" when we went into the room. We put the A/C on full blast and it helped. The lighting was dim, and the carpet had spots. The bed was "ok". There was an old-style telephone in the room and it was filthy. The bathroom had 2 tiny soaps and 2 styrofoam cups, so no shampoo, etc.
