Posizione strategica; colazione ottima, varia e di buona qualità; letto super comodo.

Migliorerei alcuni dettagli, ovvero in alcuni punti della camera il legno o altri materiali di rivestimento della stessa li ho trovati un po' troppo rovinati. Inoltre nelle camere (come la mia) senza finestra installerei un areatore, a mio avviso non può mancare.

Fabulous stay at the NH Tepa, truly a home away from home with fabulous attention and service from start to finish. From a warm welcome and upgraded suite on arrival we were made to feel like royalty. Great reception, great restaurant service and in particular, and what we needed most, for our cultural and culinary visit to Madrid, was the friendly attention, knowledge and skill of the delightful Guest Relations team! Nuria and Alaine were both superb, they guided us superbly across Madrid aided by regular WhatsApp check-ins with us to make sure we were on the right track! Nuria even came into work early on her day off to bid us ‘Adios’ ! We could ask no more!! Were we sad to leave… yes we were, will we return …. In a heartbeat !!! This place has been such a great find our stay will last long in the memory! Thank you one and all.

Spotless and the location is great, close to museums, parks, shopping. The concierges were extremely kind and helpful. Staff was respectful and available whenever needed.

While well-maintained the property in general needs a freshening and more modern decor.

L’accueil était parfait, le personnel à votre écoute très agréable, bonne situation géographique, le petit déjeuner très varié excellent, la literie exceptionnelle les oreillers tres confortables. Je recommande cet hôtel

Der Standort ist außergewöhnlich.

Die Ausstattung war keine 5 Sterne Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit ließ zur Wünschen übrig. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat über andere Kunden vor einem selbst geredet und sich lustig gemacht. Der Putenaufschnitt beim Frühstück schmeckte alt und war seifig. Nachdem ich das Personal dieses sagte, blieb der verbleibenden Aufschnitt trotzdem am Buffet. Ich war mit dem Auto angereist und hatte eine Parkplatzreservierung. Ich gab den Wagen in die Hände des Hotelpersonals um diesen zu parken. Der Wagen hatte durch die lange Anfahrt eine sehr dreckig Frontscheibe von den Insekten. Beim Fünf Sterne Hotel erwartet man zumindest dass die Scheibe ein wenig sauber gewischt hätte werden können. Also alles in allen, keine 5 Sterne.

Fantastic beds and pillows. The location is very good, central but not noisy. We had the corner suite over 2 levels, very spacious and well equipped. The service level is really good. This will be our preffered hotel in future trips to Madrid.

There might be time for some smaller renovations, but we are talking about some furniture, paint and wallcoverings, not a full renovation.
