"Where Every Detail Shines — A 360° Stay to Remember"

I’m from Thailand, visiting Hangzhou for both business and leisure. As a Black Diamond member of IHG, I truly appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service at this hotel. The value I received — especially for the location and view — was outstanding. The hotel is exceptionally well-managed, with everything running smoothly to the highest standard. There was nothing frustrating or inconvenient during my stay. Even the housekeeping team greeted me warmly every time I passed by. I was given one of the best rooms, offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city — so beautiful that I hardly wanted to leave the room. The hotel was lively and full of families, yet it never felt overwhelming. The Club Lounge was a highlight — absolutely worth it. Staff were smart, attentive, and intuitive. They didn’t need much explanation to understand and deliver what I needed. Special thanks to the Club Lounge team for making me feel so at ease and genuinely cared for — your warmth meant a lot to me. This hotel truly touched my heart. A perfect stay. 💛

Affordable hotel with nice breakfast

Rooms could have been cleaner, few stains on the couhces here and there and bathrooms are a bit outdated.
