"Poor and ole room and facilities"

It is definitely needed to be renovated, the room and facility is old and many spots are so filthy. The staff are nice but it is not a pleasant hotel to stay. It’s also quite inconvenient when staying the hotel. It’ll be definitely my last choice in Hangzhou.

enjoyable stay. only downside is the lobby bar closes so early it was hard to have post dinner drinks or work at lounge over some whiskeys or alcohol in the night.

"Great hotel and great location"

Great hotel right on the River centrally located in Hangzhou. Ask for a river view and a high floor! Staff are very helpful, service is good, rooms are a little tired but overall a good experience and would use it again. Lovely full height lobby with bar. Check in fast.
