ブッキングドットコムで4部屋を私が代表で予約していたことをフロントに伝えたにもかかわらず、無人チェクイン機に案内された挙句、結果、チェックインできませんでした。結局、有人フロントで言われたのが別の方でしたが、このケースは一度に無人チェックイン機は利用できないと。会社大丈夫ですか？
