The staff weren’t really nice and welcoming. It didn’t feel warm to stay at this hotel. Also the rooms were very small.

まず駐車場の係員の方がとても親切でした。お客様視点で安い方を案内してくださり一方通行でついてきてとなんてお優しいんでしょう。今は中○人がいないので天然温泉も朝食もゆっくりできました。

新入社員か知りませんけどちゃんとわかる人が対応すべきではないでしょうか？クーラーなのか送風かよくわからない空調を強にしたらホコリが舞う部屋ってありますか？会員登録がわからなくてフロントに電話しようとしたら汚ない電話機(涙)自分の除菌シートでふきましたが長年の汚れ？耳にあてるのが気持ち悪いのにフロントの対応が悪くまた汚ない電話のやり取り。お部屋のバスタブ全然洗ってない？ホコリが目につく。コップも下向きで置かれたトレイにもホコリ。枕カバーがなんかついてるし…そうなると妙にあれもこれも気になってしまう。大浴場も綺麗ではない。まず係員がいたが感じ悪かったです。アパは色々泊まってますけど一番最低なホテルでした。金沢でしょ？兼六園近くで主に外人が多いかもしれませんがホテルの清潔感は一番だいじじゃないでしょうか。
