Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff

As a foreigner with Tattoos I can't use the inhouse Spa. I get the Yakuza Connection but as a foreign tourist, there should be exceptions :)

"GWに混雑したのでしょうがない"

男性用のお風呂が良かった。従業員の対応も良かった。

12階の喫煙室の部屋がタバコ臭い。また排水が臭く部屋の窓を開放状態でないとずっと臭い。夜間の女性用お風呂が混雑しすぎて洗い場が行列で数が足りないくらいだそうです。
