Suryaa Villa - A City Centre Hotel

We stayed here for three days and we had good meals in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and is the bathroom, we had a very nice shower, the best in India till now. We had two seperate beds, they are a littlebit small, also there is nothing like a cupboard to stall your clothes and stuff. The swimmingpool is very clean, they are cleaning it often. I think this hotel is more than a very good stay in Jaipur!

THE HOTEL ISNT AT ALL WHAT IT SHOWS YOU ON THE SITE. TOTALLY UNFRIENDLY AND UN HELPFULL STAFF. I WOUDNT GO BACK EVEN IF THEY OFFERED A FREEE TRIP AND STAY

Goldilocks hotel. Not too big, not to small, just right. The conditions of the hotel were pretty good. Location was not too far from the Pink City (15-20 min walk) or you can take a rickshaw (there was a stand about 3 min away...not that you can't find one as soon as you exit the hotel but just in case), and the staff was extremely accommodating. We ate, drank, got a car service and had laundry done while staying there. Laundry was returned that same afternoon, the food choices where quite varied, the car service was right on time and you can't really mess up the drinks. The only drawbacks were the Wi-Fi strength and the small heater. We were on the 3rd floor and the signal was too week so we could only really access the network when we were downstairs. If you are traveling during summer than heat is not the problem and the AC is large and effective. However, as we were traveling in during winter, nights can get cold and the heater was a little too small to heat the room. Yet, having learned this in our previous hotel, where "AC Available" does not mean "Heat Available", we just asked for some extra blankets presto problem solved. Otherwise- we would definitively stay there again.

Very good service and food - will definitely use this hotel again. one of the better experiences i have had in India.

Suryaa Villa is a solid choice for budget-minded travelers staying in Jaipur. While the fit and finish of the room was not exactly luxurious, it had all of the necessities; and most importantly, it had hot water! That is not a given for many hotels in this region, in this price range (even if they say they have it). The patio is a relaxing place to have a cup of masala chai, and the staff is quite helpful--they arranged free pick-up for us from the train station at 4:45am, saving us the early morning haggle.

We (33 and 38) had a great experience at this lovely place in Jaipur. It is like an oasis in the crowded city and a really good place to get new power. The owners and the staff are very friendly and try to fulfill you every wish you have. The Wifi-connection is brilliant. The rooms are very spacious, the air-condition is modern and very good working. The prices are moderate - so, all in all, we can highly recommend this place!!

What a stunning hotel, this was just what we needed in Jaipur. The rooms are clean and tidy with a great shower (powerful and hot). The traditional Indian features were really nice and the swimming pool was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Jaipur. The staff on reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of things.

room service was pathetic, food was HORRABLE.... !!!!!!!!!!
