Amazing hospitality. Great Food. Good smell. Especially praises for Vipin and Rahul who maintain the floor well. Good Job guys !

The room was of good size. Staff were courteous and attentive. The breakfast buffet had good option and tasting great. Rahul made sure our rooms were all clean after we moved in.

Comfortable stay.. Rahul from Housekeeping took good care.. The location is in central gurgaon with everything nearby.

Contrary to its Ramada name, this hotel doesn't live up to your expectations. The service and amenities are certainly Ramada-standard, but the housekeeping is subpar. The availability of only one towel for two people in the restroom and the absence of hand towels indicate a serious problem at the hotel. The use of the same liquid for both shampoo and body wash is incomprehensible. Breakfast was decent, tasty, and of a high standard.

Unfortunately, this was a poor end to what was otherwise a lovely holiday in India. We stayed in many hotels during our trip and, thankfully, only one night at the Ramada. This hotel fell short on many of the basic amenities and services you would expect for the price you pay. The facilities could use significant investment, particularly the bathrooms and plumbing — unless you enjoy the smell of sewage from the drains or lukewarm showers. The swimming pool, which we jokingly nicknamed “the pigeon pool” (see attached photo), also left much to be desired. However, our biggest and most fundamental issue was the loud DJ set that rumbled through the hotel until 1 a.m., effectively turning our bedrooms into a nightclub from hell. We called reception several times and were told the event would end at midnight — as if that in itself were acceptable. Unfortunately, it continued well past that time, and even afterward, we were kept awake by the shouts of partygoers echoing through the central auditorium. It may have been a great event for those attending, but it showed a complete disregard from the hotel for other guests. When we tried to submit a complaint, it fell on deaf ears, confirming our impression that guest feedback is not taken seriously. What’s most disappointing is that, after reading other reviews, it’s clear that similar issues have been raised before. One reviewer described the “overwhelming cacophony emanating” through the hotel during dinner, while another noted that the management seems to prioritize revenue from events over the comfort of paying guests. Others have also mentioned the lack of a proper complaints process and the apparent indifference of the staff. Although the hotel has responded to such reviews promising improvements, little seems to have changed. We therefore view the management of this establishment as corrupt, offering rooms while knowingly failing to provide the most basic element of a hotel stay — a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the bar and its service were pleasant. If only we’d had a few more drinks to help us sleep!
