Was shifting cities to Gurgaon and had a 2 week stay in Ramada. The team ensured the shift of cities is seamless and helped me in every way possible making life as comfortable as it can get. Special thanks to Ms Vibhuti and Ms Neha in ensuring all requests were looked into.

My first experience for hotel Ramada was awesome. They welcome to me when I reached at hotel premises. Also I enjoyed delicious breakfast. Room was clean and neat. Special thanks to Ms Vibhuti for her helping and supportive nature. She helped me to correct my last day hotel booking which was missed and hotel rooms were sold out but she arranged the room very quickly. Thank you so much everyone and I wish to visit soon.

My stay at Ramada was fantastic. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and supportive, especially Rahul. I accidentally spilled the leftovers and he was quick to clean it. Good Job.

My son and I faced power harassment at the hands of the hotel staff, particularly from the following members: Prashant Vashisht and Chander. Despite my request to accommodate my 16 year old son's (who had traveled 5 hours from his boarding school to join me at the hotel) check in into my room in my absence (I was going to reach the hotel soon from my office), they kept it on hold and insisted on seeing his identity card. He carried his school identity card that contained his photo, his DoB, home address and his school address. They insisted on seeing a government issued identity card, making him unnecessarily wait at the reception for a good 30~40 minutes. It was the worst customer experience of my life. The staff was enthusiastic putting my child, a minor, in a situation that was difficult for him to navigate without adult support. I canceled the remaining booking days and moved to a different hotel immediately.

Recently Visited Ramada Gurgaon from 16th September to 18th September . Room is good and clean But, Minibar was empty. Met with Mr Chandar Duty Manager and EHK while staying, They are very good and kind . Food was amazing,had breakfast in the morning which was really good . Overall 9 out of 10 .. See you soon : )

Great service and hospitality. The buffet spread is vast. Chef Bhairav, Monty Jasbeer and Chandan are making sure that every guest is welcomed and they requirements are met by going above and beyond. The taste is good. It’s been a great experience with the food and service being top notch. Totally recommended.
