Lovely grounds and castle is gorgeous Staff are at expected level for a 4 star hotel

Food is surprisingly subpar for what is being charged and presented on the menu Some of the dishes could literally be done better in your local pub for half of the price

Lovely room in a grand looking castle. Good facilities. Very clean all round. And, of course, a resident cat like all good castles should have.

No EV charging. Mind you, the nearest is only a 10-minute walk back to the castle.
