Sheets were clearly unwashed from last use with old makeup still on the pillow cases. No conditioner in bathroom. Staff hours were never early enough or ran late enough so you could not bring issues to their attention if you had excursions planned during your vacation

The location was great; it was extremely calm and peaceful, and it felt very safe. The check in process was smooth and easy. Overall the apartment was quite clean and very comfortable!

I wish the kitchen was slightly better equipped (maybe adding a collender, a second pan and a couple dish towels could go a long way).
