"Honest stay - friendly and warm."

Hospitality from staff was excellent. Very easy - low maintenance. Everything you need. Price was excellent.

Some may find a couple of issues such as age and slight damp smell. Did not bother us. About 10-12 min walk to main strip so could be challenging if young children

"Great place to stay near Matt Munro Parklands and CPAC. Near the esplanade, CBD and restaurants."

Nice if minimal decor. 2 bathrooms was a plus. Within walking distance of CBD.

A bit grubby in spots, laundry, mesh curtains and shower.
