PP Sand Sea View Resort

Location is great. Short walk to main streets and nice beach is right there in front of you. Bathroom was smelly. I think it needs a good cleaning. Otherwise we were very happy.

They were very friendly. I was struggling to get my luggage down the stairs during my checkout and one of my suitcases got away from me and slid down some satir outside my room. Seconds later I had people rushing to be sure everything was okay after they heard the fall. One man was so willing to assist me the rest of the way trying to hold everything for me. Very sweet people. Beautiful place.

Nice bungalow on the beach! Quiet and well cared for

In front of a beach was a plus and seconds of walk away to amenities. Light sewage smell from bathroom I guess after Google about the island sewage water have leak to there the island underground freshwater pathways.

I stayed in the Delux bungalow ... it was simple and charming right on the beach. Beware there’s only a few bungalows and many had to stay in the concrete building in the back. I stayed three nights, I think that’s too long. I was woken the last night by a cockroach in my bed the size of 3 fingers. There was also a man screaming outside my door that scared me since I was solo traveling. You are on the beach on the quiet side it was a mile and half walk from pier and no one showed up to help Carry luggage which was disappointing. Staff is rude but what’s to be expected.

Beachfront location on the quieter side of Phi Phi island. May be a bit of walk for those who intend on always being where the action is, but the peace and restfulness was welcomed and it still was not a very long walk to get to the main area. Room was simple but clean and met expectations for price and for being on the beach. Would stay again and would recommend. Front desk was very friendly and accomodating at check in.

Book the "Deluxe Bungalow" not the basic room. that is what you see in the pictures. Nice simple place on the beach, a short walk to the down town area, great Thai Massage in front of the bungalow.

The place was dirty, pee on the floor. Air conditioner didn’t work. The towels never been changed! Horrible experience!

The bungalows were located on the quiet side of the Island close to the pier which was nice, they helped us transport our luggage when we got there and when we left. The rooms are small and we had roaches the first night but never again after that. They provided us with one blanket and only cleaned the room when asked, but did give us free water daily. The view and location were perfect for us but far away from any parties if that what you’re looking for.
