"Disappointing"

the Staff at front desk pleasant. Located close to train station which made getting around easy.

Felt dirty and grimy and in need of a makeover. Difficult to find the hotel as only japenese writing on outside. Room extremely small, no room for two bags

"Stay was short and uncomfortable."

Staff was really nice and respectful. Only downfall is the rooms were very dusty and dirty. Bathroom has a stinch of urine smell.

Rooms were outdated. Walls are dirty with stains. Closet door handles were very dirty. Bathroom has urine smell. Some of the walls have broken holes in it.

"Great pkace, great location, great value for money"

9 of us stayed in a traditional room here. The room was as lovely as we hoped. Staff were very professional and very kind. Location was brilliant a straight short walk from the station. Very central and easy to get around. Loved our time there and would stay again
